There is nothing in this bill that mentions the Executive Branch. It says "A person" that could be anyone. What I find humorous is that thsi is being brought to us by the very people who have elevated lying, cheating and stealing to an "Art Form."  LOL LOL LOL

 yes, but in a good way. punish dishonesty. punish theft. punish tyranny.

 This law will only make prison crowding worse.
