This bill looks like a make work project for legislators who have nothing better to do than impose laws that are not needed or wanted by the public. Everybody knows that combusting medical waste in a furnace is a good thing. But most hospitals already do this and have established a protocol for medical waste disposal that guarantees the public safety.
