• Introduced by Rep. Rick Jones (R) on March 10, 2009, to authorize up to 93 days in jail and a $5,000 penalty for wilfully disrupting a religious service. The bill was introduced after homosexual activists disrupted services in a Lansing area Christian service in 2008.
