• Introduced by Rep. Michael Lahti (D) on March 4, 2009, to appropriate $58.4 million for recreational land acquisition and boating infrastructure projects, and National Guard infrastructure projects. The latter is paid for with $9 million in federal money, and the rest is Natural Resources Trust Fund money (which comes mostly from oil and gas extraction royalty payments).
