 does this mean that citizens of michigan have no right to resist unlawful arrest with all necessary force?

 This is the second time this guy has tried this legislation.  Mandatory sentences are a bad idea in general.  I can see this one leading to some 17 year old kid a dirt bike going to prison for two years because he was afraid of getting a ticket and tried to take off into the woods.  Then we can send him to "criminal school" for a couple years so when he gets out he'll be a pro.  This is truly a stupid proposal.
