WOW!!!!! Personally as a Rights Activist I would support this bil 200%. Because this type of bill should have been in effect a long time ago, but what I think is there's a bunch of House Reps & Senators who break this law themselves, and this is why this bill plus other bills have been placed on the back burner. I recall a few years ago Bruce Patterson created a bill on cellphone safety while under the wheel, and there was a few others who shown concern but the bill collected dust.

This passing of this bill will need all law enforcement agencies to notice the driver, and then pull that person over to ticket them for breaking the law. The second time a person gets a ticket take their automobile, and the third time put them in jail for the intention to do great harm to others.  Its a shame to have to take control of the way people think, but people just don't give a damn about others, and I know that people are being cutoff while driving by someone on the cellphone who was not paying attention to where they are going. THose that are on the phone are the ones who usually escape the smashup.  Did you know that Cellphone users have caused more deaths along with drunk driving?  I will introduce this bill to my Community group  for support, and I shall continue to show my support by posting old & new Cellphone House & Senate bills.  BAN THEM ALL.
