how about we mandate GOVERNMENT FUNDED dumpsters? it IS the proper role of government to clean up the mess they made, isn't it?

how about we put a coin slot on it, so when the neighbors fill it up with their junk, we can afford to get it dumped a time or two before the deadbeat puts his stuff in it.

but most probably, the deadbeat will run out and leave all the junk to be hauled out by the landlord.

I would say once you initiate the eviction, the same day you send the demand for possession, put the 40 yarder in the driveway so they have lots of time to fill it up.  Perhaps deadbeats will learn that when the come home to a dumpster they know what they will find in the mailbox.  What a hoot.
