2009 House Bill 4235: Require schools to teach languages

this is incredibly funny coming from a person who argues over the meaning of the word PRO.

simple solution. every student who wishes to take a foreign language class must pass a proficiency test for english first.

that way, no students who haven't the slightest idea of what the teacher is talking about will be clogging up the learning process.
