1) cb:1494 [by Anonymous Citizen on September 18, 2008] The legislature, should go back to the year of 1948 and see Michigan's bicycle laws on the books of that time period. Bring back and enforce Michigan's old bicycle laws, because they
were great laws. As a kid, my bike, was stolen twice and the police returned my bike, because of the license tag requirement, plus we had to learn and pass an arms signals test on the road with cars. Since we're going to have more bikes on the roads; we should have bike lanes in Detroit and strictly enforce the safety of bike
lanes.

2) Bicycles on the road [by 56servi on September 18, 2008] How about a law that requires bicycle riders to know the laws before they ride on the road. I see packs of bicycles riding down the road 3 or more abreast holding up traffic.
Shouldn't they need a license & insurance to ride on the roadways like cars & motorcycles
