 "Bueller... Bueller... anyone?...".

Yes, it's CERTAINLY time that a bill such as this passes.  I'm just getting into trying to clean up some crap that I pulled as a drunken-idiot, college-aged kid (non-violent, non-drug, etc..).  While I was only in jail for ninety days, they were felonies (all the same), nonetheless.  It has made me ineligible from certain jobs in the past, but enough is enough... those transgressions were a "lifetime" ago.  I've pretty much been a Boy Scout ever since.  Please don't get me wrong, folks... I'm not whining, and am CERTAINLY not dismissing what I did.  But times change, and so do a lot of people.

If you have of copy of you criminal record or know the detail of it you can use this criminal record expungement eligibility check to see if you're eligible. Just answer some questions then it will tell you if you can and it doesn't cost anything.

Who can we write to in order to support this bill?  It has been sitting around long enough.  People who are trying to be productive citizens, entering the work force, are being held back by a history that can stem back into their  juvenile years.  Please allow this bill to pass!
