Introduced by Sen. Roger Kahn (R) on May 28, 2008, to exempt a residence that is vacation or recreational property from the local school property tax levied for operating expenses. A family would be allowed just one such exemption.

Also, since I don't live there except on weekends I don't use any services, my kids don't go to school there and I'm not allowed to vote there (so it's taxation without reresentation).
