Bruce Patterson (R) on May 8, 2008, to prohibit health insurance providers or plans from acting on a drug company’s behalf by paying or providing incentives to doctors to use or not use particular drugs, subject to a $25,000 fine. The bill also would impose annual reporting requirements.
