• Introduced by Rep. Bert Johnson (D) on November 19, 2008, to require the defendant in a mortgage foreclosure proceeding, or the lender in a foreclosure by advertisement proceeding, to notify any tenants of the building within 15 days of the summons and complaint or of the publication of the foreclosure notice in a newspaper.
