Completing 9.6 inspections a day is a breeze. All it takes is a phone call or a rubber stamp, being the pro forma process of inspection for child welfare agencies.

What kind of idiot are you? Even assuming a 50-week year, that would equal 9.6 inspections a day. Let's see YOU inspect 10 day cares a day!!
