2008 House Bill 6590 (Revise keg beer sale procedures )

Introduced by Rep. Mark Meadows (D) on October 29, 2008, to require retailers to attach an identification tag signed by the buyer to kegs of beer when they are sold, and not return the keg deposit unless the tag is still on the keg.

could someone tell me why anyone needs to put a stupid tag on a keg of beer that needs to remain affixed to the keg before the deposit is returned? isn't it enough to get the keg itself back? obviously not to the dumbocrats.

THEY want to impose YET ANOTHER rule and regulation on anything and everything.

useless wastes of skin that they are.
