one has to wonder why the state would NEED to collect any of this data, fingerprints, retina scans, and whereabouts tracking with R.F.I.D.?

this 'tracking' serves no legitimate government purpose, so why are they so 'hot to trot' to get it done?

it seems that our state government is delving into ILLEGITIMATE dealings with it's citizens, or with SOMEBODY. i wonder why?

Finally something that I can agree with. No to RFID, and any connection to another data base particularly, identifyable data.
