Introduced by Rep. Kate Ebli (D) on June 25, 2008, to revise the sentencing guidelines in the law establishing a concealed pistol license system so they conform with the provisions of House Bill 5755, which extends the licenses to include tasers, subject to the same regulations and restrictions that apply to concealed pistols.

It is interesting that - with my CPL I can carry a weapon of lethal force, but am denied the right to carry a a weapon that could accomplish the objective of concealed carry (personal protection) with less than lethal force. This law needs to pass.
