Introduced by Rep. Lisa Wojno (D) on June 24, 2008, to require pet shops to install “fire suppression systems” (defined in another statute as “an integrated combination of a fire alarm system and fire suppression equipment that, as a result of (factors indicating a fire), will discharge a fire extinguishing substance over a fire area”.
