2008 House Bill 6257: Ban gas station fuel sale quantity limitation
  1. Introduced by Rep. Jeff Mayes (D) on June 19, 2008, to prohibit a gas station from limiting the quantity of fuel it sells to a single customer, even if the customer wants to buy the entire stock, except during an “energy emergency” declared by the governor.
