There is no reason for the state to tell hospitals how to manage their business. If they feel that this treatment is medically necessary, they will provide it - that's what hospitals do. This attempt by the government to micromanage medicine will only increase the problems with the insurance industry.

Do away with that messy PRIVATE PROPERY thing and let the state run everything? This seems to be what the useful idiots want, the state wants it and with the great track record of fiscal responsibility and all their business experience I think it's a great idea.
