I can't believe this isn't a bill already. 10% of the vehicle cost would be better. I can not believe in this wonderful State of Michigan that we don't have a "Prius" type of small affordable electric hybrid. I'm afraid I may have to buy a Toyota when I can afford it. I want to do everything I can to help the environment that so many refuse to believe is in danger. I want clean air again, if tax incentives will help get people into buying cars that head us in that direction then lets get going!

"I want clean air again"

We have lots more cars, lots more people and cleaner air and water every year. We are doing well regarless of what you messiah algore wants you sheeple to believe. I can hear the reverend al now "Throw your money at the wall. them that sticks, goes to the environment, them that fall go to me"

"10% of the vehicle cost would be better"

Why do you think it is okay to steal my money to buy your car?
i want a bigger boat and I want you to help me pay for it. How's that sound?

"Prius" type of small affordable electric hybrid."

They ain't affordable. They put American workers out of jobs and they don't get the mileage they advertise. If you turn the air on you get about 3o mpg. Your Chevy dealer will sell you a Cobalt for 10 grand that gets 32 mpg. Your payback on the pris is at about 400,000 miles. Let me know how that works out for you.

If you want to do something get the govt to let us build some nuke plants.
