Introduced by Rep. Kevin A. Elsenheimer (R) on February 28, 2008, to eliminate the authority of the Department of Natural Resources to charge an amount no higher than the actual costs to launch a boat at a public boating access site. in other words, there would be no charge for those who use state facilities to launch boats.
