2) annoying train horns [by Anonymous Citizen on October 1, 2008] I recently moved to downtown Ann Arbor and the train blows the horn at all hours, loudly and seemingly while stopped. They blow the horn so loud in the middle of the night that even through closed doors and windows, it wakes me up. Aren't there quiet zones or hours that restrict this? Reply
