• Introduced by Rep. Bruce Caswell (R) on February 14, 2008, to require the Department of Community Health to develop a uniform electronic health care professional credentialing application for use by health insurers, health care corporations, HMOs, health care facilities and agencies in checking whether a health care professional has the proper licenses and other credentials to provide a particular service.
