Introduced by Rep. Joel Sheltrown (D) on January 17, 2008, to allow a person older than 60 years, or a person with a disability, to operate an off-road-vehicle or ATV on a non-designated trail for the sole purpose of getting to a designated off-road vehicle trail.

no, jman. we're talking about weeds. giving them another name doesn't make them any more valuable to the environment. besides, you don't mind plowing a field and planting a crop, or just plowing a field and allowing weeds to grow to feed cattle, but you have a problem with it when it's plowed by only one row and performed with an atv.

We're talking about young trees, browse, and erosion. Hardly just weeds.

i'm not sure i understand why the state feels it necessary to designate trails in the first place. everything big enough to cause a problem cannot be damaged by the atv, and everything small enough to be damaged by the atv grows back quickly. we're only talking about weeds here anyway.

i just now cought my breath, i've been laughing SO HARD at insane...
