Introduced by Sen. Samuel B. Thomas, III (D) on December 13, 2007, to urge that, beginning immediately, all light bulb replacements in state-owned buildings be compact fluorescent light bulbs.

That's the best thing each household
and business can do for the planet and YES GOVERNMENT BUILDING. You are suppose to LEAD for GOD SAKE. Shame on you for not moving forward more quickly on this. Oh, and Michigan should be MAKING these snow cone lightbulbs.
