Introduced by Sen. John Pappageorge (R) on December 6, 2007, to impose new regulations on ski areas, including additional regulations on the safety features and operation of snowmobiles used by employees, a requirement that all accidents with injury be reported to the state, and a requirement for at least one employee training session on trail maintenance equipment, snowmobile operation, accident response, etc.

Yes, let's see if we can close down the evil tourist and recreation industry with over regulation in Michigan too. Rumor has it that some businesses are still alive. If you boobs want to do something with the ski industry, how about selling the state owned boondogle ski area aptly name "The Porkys"?
