1) George Seman by Anonymous Citizen on October 8, 2008 George Edward(Ted)Seman was the first police officer for the city of Evart. He was killed in the line of duty onn June 13, 1966. He had his left arm amputated below the sholder before he became a police officer. Everyone in Evert knew him as Ted. Reply
