• Introduced by Sen. Wayne Kuipers (R) on November 8, 2007, to revise the materials given by the Department of Natural Resources to volunteers under the adopt-a-trail program, so that they have data sheets allowing them to report the nature and amount of litter, and then, to require the information collected to be sent to the Department of Environmental Quality.
