1) Well,  by Anonymous Citizen on June 13, 2008

Like or not, you did vote for Proposal A, in overwhelming numbers. The margin of victory for Proposal A was 69% for, 31% against.

So the people really are, overwhelmingly responsible for any perverse consequences of Proposal A. They got exactly what they chose by a huge margin.

That doesn't mean the situation should not be fixed. It just is a reminder that what is popular one moment may not be the best thing, and may, in the long run become quite unpopular.

It is a lesson all voters should carry with them when they go to the polls. Be very careful what you vote for.

2) Fix number 78  by Anonymous Citizen on June 12, 2008
Here is the 78th bandaid for Proposal A. It was a snow job from the start. Don't reply with "you voted for it" crap. Michigan is going down the drain and Proposal A is a HUGE part of it as evidenced by all these friggin patches to fix it.
