it has nothing to do with laws purposed action, but
yet, they used a childs law to hide immunity in.

2) When I was assaulted, the cops did nothing [by Anonymous Citizen on March 3, 2007]
I was assaulted and my child had been beat. The cops threatened to put me in jail for asking for my phone back after they took it from me and abruptly ended my conversation with my attorney. Cops do not need immunity from the law.

3) so, at that point, [by Anonymous Citizen on March 4, 2007]
i take it that you were under arrest.

you get ONE phone call to your attorney, not several.

if your attorney can't get you out of that one, get a better attorney.

if your attorney can't get you money because you were arrested, you hired the wrong kind of attorney.

if you got beat while being arrested, stop resisting arrest.

so, don't worry, we'll drop a red herring down to you through the drain grates in the bridge every so often.

7) Cops have broken the Law [by Anonymous Citizen on March 3, 2007]
Cops abuse their power and lie. They are sick individuals (many not all) and do whatever they can to get their quota of tickets. There is too much tyranny in this country. What is needed is accountability. If I do something at my job this is against the law, then I can go to jail or be sued. Why should ANY cop, judge, lawyer, president, elected official, or anyone be above the law? Same thing with cops.

8) Cops Need to be Held Accountable [by Anonymous Citizen on March 3, 2007]
Cops abuse power. They lie in court. The judges always rule in favor of the dishonest cope. The whole system is corrupt. Cops need to held accountable for whatever they do, or don'tr do.

9) Cops OFTEN lie ! ! ! [by Anonymous Citizen on March 3, 2007]
Just what they need. More protection while lieing and assaulting the public WHILE THEY CHARGE YOU with assaulting a police officer.

These bureaucrats need to focus legislation around curbing police abusive powers not giving them more. Ever watch COPS?

They spend the whole show beatingup and threatening the people who pay their wages. Should be called "Jack Boots In Action"!
