Introduced by Sen. Gilda Jacobs (D) on September 4, 2007, label requirements to establish that if a prescription drug is prescribed by a licensed health professional acting under authority delegated by a physician, the label on the prescription must include the names of the prescriber and the delegating doctor.

Doctors want a monopoly on control of medicine. Citizens should be free and responsible for their own health. Now you want to allow someone else to speed up medicine processing. How about something radical to speed up medicine processing? How about letting citizens decide what they will or will not put into their own bodies without asking permission first?
