Wayne Kuipers (R) on July 24, 2007, to authorize revenue sharing cuts for local governments who fail to comply with the provisions of Senate Bill 647, which would require municipalities that charge nonresidents a fee for responding to a vehicle accident to post this on all the roads leading into town.
