2007 Senate Bill 648: Require posting of local non-resident accident response policies
  1. Introduced by Sen. Wayne Kuipers (R) on July 24, 2007, to authorize revenue sharing cuts for local governments who fail to comply with the provisions of Senate Bill 647, which would require municipalities that charge nonresidents a fee for responding to a vehicle accident to post this on all the roads leading into town.

good bill, I think, kind of shitty to charge people a fee  by Anonymous Citizen on August 5, 2007 
for being a non-resident. I'd shop somewhere else. Screw 'em.
