Also, to establish procedures by which Democratic and Republican party chairs would determine the date of future primaries, or could cancel a primary. See also Senate Bill 624.

What is the motivation behind the declaration of a party for voting in the primary elections?
Seems to me that this is a regressive idea that is requiring people to vote along party lines. Keep the primary's open!!!
