it's the THEFT law. it's been there for 170 years.
USE IT. ENFORCE IT. when you catch them, JAIL THEM like the common theif that they are.

2) Senate Bill 526 by Anonymous Citizen on July 15, 2007 That's pretty stuff with all the jails full now. Why not just give him a hefty fine - $25,000 and then he can work it off in society and be productive. Imprison him and he'll probably come out a real criminal. Reply
