Introduced by Sen. Martha G. Scott (D) on May 17, 2007, to require notification to tenants if a landlord has received information from a state or federal agency that residential premises rest on soil that is contaminated with lead.

Maybe companies move because of the quality of the worker. If it's in the soil, families SHOULD aware of lead. Not informing a renter about lead is like not informing them about a live electrical wire sticking out of the ground. It's neglegent.
