  • Introduced by Sen. Randy Richardville on February 27, 2007, to authorize an income tax deduction for the value of premiums paid under the “MI-HEART” universal insurance or health coverage plan proposed in Senate Bill 278. Also, to authorize an income tax check off allowing a taxpayer to voluntarily contribute $5 of his or her refund to the “MI-HEART Exchange” fund proposed by that bill.
