1) farm owner by Roseland on April 5, 2007 We are in support of this resolution, since the National Animal Tagging initiative is also non-mandatory. We see no valid use for this requirement for our certified organic beef operation, which is a closed herd, with all animals ready for slaughter going directly to 2 certified processing plants .. and never to any live animal auction houses. We are not selling any live animals to any other farmer or homeowner.
