Part of the reason that Michigan has a higher number of children in special education is that we service a larger age bracket.

Michigan has the highest amount of special education students in the United States. It's a fact. We could stand to be protected from lead. We may have more than our share of brain damaged citizens from lead. This is a great bill. Do you WATCH the news? What part of China's irresponsibility do you not get? WE NEED THIS BILL!
