1) too much spare time [by Anonymous Citizen on October 9, 2007] apparently there is no point necessary. it would seem to me that someone has too much spare time to think up legislation such as this. what's the point in having a state license if you don't display it. how do you propose to protect the public from unlicensed professionals??? geesh....get a grip on reality and get back to work!
