Introduced by Rep. Lorence Wenke (R) on September 5, 2007, to establish less generous graduated health care insurance coverage for legislators who “retire” after the end of 2008, in the amount of 3 percent of the coverage premium for each year that they have been in office, with a 10 year vesting requirement.

When you advertise a job, and the legislature is a job, ethics suggest you stick to how it was advertised. Though I am disgusted with this legislature they still need to be treated ethically. Put it to the new legislators with retirement benefits, ansd perhaps a part time legislature.
