2) Retroactive legislation by Anonymous Citizen on October 2, 2007 When you advertise a job, and the legislature is a job, ethics suggest you stick to how it was advertised. Though I am disgusted with this legislature they still need to be treated ethically. Put it to the new legislators with retirement benefits, ansd perhaps a part time legislature. Reply
