3) 2007 House Bill 5100 (Authorize tax breaks for ethanol, biodiesel, and other crop-based fuel production )  by admin on January 1, 2001 
Introduced in the House on August 8, 2007, to revise the 2006 law that authorized up to 10 tax-free "renaissance zones" to provide substantial tax breaks for "renewable energy facilities,” to explicitly include crop-based fuel production facilities such as ethanol or biodiesel plants

The vote was 108 in favor, 0 opposed and 2 not voting
