why not, instead, use some of those forclosed houses to put them in. have them grow a garden to supply their own food, have them dig a well to supply their own water, have them dig a septic tank to supply their own waste treatment, and let them 'live and let live'?
they would owe the total of the property after ten years, or they would be forcefully evicted. they have THAT LONG to become successful. Reply
