Kathleen Law (D) on May 24, 2007, to give the Department of Labor and Economic Growth the authority to increase without additional legislative authorization the recurring and initial licensure fees for plumbers. The bill would immediately increase the license fees by various amounts, from $10 for apprentices to $100 for plumbing contractors.
