• Introduced by Rep. Edward Gaffney (R) on May 9, 2007, to revise a state law that allows persons to have property placed on a state registry that requires pest control companies to notify them if they will be spraying pesticide on nearby property. The bill would eliminate the requirement to include a physician’s certificate with the registration application form.
