Introduced by Rep. Neal Nitz (R) on May 8, 2007, to prohibit the operation of a watercraft by an individual under the influence of or visibly impaired by alcohol or a controlled substance. The bill adds to existing prohibitions against drunk watercraft operators, and also lowers the blood-alcohol-content (BAC) threshold for watercraft operation to .08 grams per 100 milliliters.

2) How many at .10 by Anonymous Citizen on May 10, 2007 Saftey is the main cause of most boating accidents. I would like to know how many accidents where cause by a boater with an alcohol level of .10.What was the alcohol level in the persons involved in the accidents. I couldn’t find any thing on that. Enforce the laws they got.. They should try to focus on this problem to save lives (4,380 Americans murdered annually by illegal aliens)and (12 Americans are murdered daily by illegal aliens, 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers.
