There job is to do what the people want. which is what most nannys do. Anyways Drin related accidents are the top teen death in America. If this law was to pass all it would show is how much the government can care less about the teenage people. The only law passed was the law stating that black people cant get into college over a white person due to his heratige. The only reason a black person or any other person should make it over someone is if they desirve it. Not by where their from! Reply
