  • Introduced by Rep. Martin Griffin on March 29, 2007, to authorize the issuance of an on-premises liquor license for certain facilities at George E. Potter Center and the Community Events Center at Jackson Community College. Current law authorizes liquor licenses for universities or colleges named in the statute. Liquor may be sold only at regularly scheduled events for on-premises consumption at the schools’ conference centers.
