• Introduced by Rep. Marty Knollenberg (R) on March 8, 2007, to allow the Liquor Control Commission to issue a supplemental permit to restaurants that provide catering services that would allow the sale of liquor at locations other than the licensed premises, for purposes of catering at a private event where liquor was not resold to guests and no consideration was paid by the guests.
