Introduced by Rep. Paul Condino (D) on March 6, 2007, to prohibit sentencing an individual convicted as a juvenile to imprisonment for life without the possibility of parole. This is the maximum penalty in Michigan law and is only imposed for the most serious crimes of violence.

I wonder what these bills' passes of chancing are now that a 16 year old is charged with killing an Oak Park policeman?

In my opinion, it would be sick and wrong if this punk got a chance at parole after only 10 years. He deserves prison until death.
